Schroders: “sale“ nella Società Cristina Ferrari Bravo, Socia AREL

“Schroders is pleased to announce the appointment of Marina Bottero as Head of Property Fund Management, Italy. She will be responsible for Schroders’ Italian property business and its expansion.

Ms Bottero has gained a wide range of experience in the Italian commercial real estate sector over a 20 year period. From 1992 to 2002 she ran the Milan Office of Jones Lang LaSalle. She moved across to Beni Stabili where she held positions in fund management, acquisitions and asset management. Between 2005 and early 2009 she led the investment team of Hines, Italy. Marina is also a Chartered Surveyor, having started her career in the UK.

At the same time Cristina Ferrari Bravo has been appointed Head of Property Asset Management, Italy. She has been with Schroders since 2003 and has been responsible for the asset management of Schroders’ shopping centre portfolio. Therefore, from 1 January 2010, the Schroders’ Italian property management team will consist of Marina Bottero, Mathieu Cassinis, Head of Property Transactions Italy, and Cristina Ferrari Bravo, Head of Property Asset Management Italy”.
